Rental Requirements

 

1.     At least 21 years of age

2.     Valid Driver's License

3.     Ability to Drive Manual (Stick Shift) Transmission

4.     Credit/Debit Card

5.     Intoxicants are strictly prohibited. Service will be refused to anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

6.     You must demonstrate adequate riding skills. A pre ride evaluation may be conducted to verify you are skilled in the operation of the Slingshot.

7.     You agree not to allow anyone other than yourself or other authorized renters under your rental agreement to operate your rental Slingshot

8.     We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement and retake possession of the motorcycle in response to a violation of any of the foregoing.

 

Do I have to have a motorcycle license? Do I have to wear a helmet?

No! You only need a standard, valid driver's license to drive a Slingshot

The State of Arkansas classifies the Slingshot as a "auto-cycle" vehicle, meaning a motorcycle license and helmet is NOT required, but we do recommend them, and provide them free of charge.

 

Do I need special insurance?

We have partnered with the industry leading insurance provider to make sure riders are fully insured while on their ride for a flat rate of $15 per driver per day.

We will cover your slingshot rental with our liability insurance policy.

We have partnered with an industry leading insurance provider to make sure that our renters are fully covered with liability insurance while on their ride. The state statutory limits of this coverage are as follows:

Bodily Injury $25,000 per person - $50,000 per accident - Property Damage $25,000

Personal Medical or Collision insurance is not provided and is the responsibility of the customer.

 

 

 

 

Renter Responsibility

 

·         Renter is responsible for the safe storage of this vehicle in any and all weather conditions while the vehicle is in your care.

·         If the weather damages the unit the renter is responsible for said damage.

·         Please report any mechanical problems to us immediately.

·         If it has a flat or leak do not ride it. Call us immediately at 479-209-2364

·         Lost key is $75.00.

·         Excessive tire wear from misuse will result in you being charged for a replacement tire plus installation.

·         If you get a ticket or run a toll you are responsible for it.

 

 

Damages:

Renter is responsible for any and all losses and damages to our equipment while in your care, up to $2500.

Renter is solely responsible for ensuring the safety of the vessel during the rental period.

All damages must be reported to Serenity Campground.

All rentals come with a full tank of fuel!

All Taxes are included in the price!

Our Slingshots have no mileage restrictions!

We do require pre-payment for the rental at the time of booking.

 

Credit Cards

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

• All credit card transactions must be made by the person named on the card. A valid driver’s license must accompany the credit card.

• We will not accept credit cards from someone other than the owner of the card.

• No personal checks will be accepted on the date of your rental.

 

Late Fees

·         If the vehicle is not returned at the agreed upon time, the renter will be charged an additional $75.00 per hour for each hour that you return the vehicle late. Renter will be allowed a 15 minutes grace period before the late fee is put into effect.

 

Deposits

A $100 deposit is required at the time of your reservation.

A security deposit of $500 will be held on your credit card and fully refunded if the Slingshot is returned damaged free.

Making Your Reservation

• Reservations are strongly recommended and can be made over the phone or online by using the book now buttons.

• Walk-in traffic will be accommodated on an availability basis.

• Often, time slots will be available within a short period of time, please call or speak to our staff to inquire.

• Deposits are required for your request to be placed on our reservation calendar.

• When you make a reservation with us, you agree to abide by all of our policies.

• Reservations are accepted via the web page reservation system and by telephone

• Slingshots will be held for 30 minutes beyond the scheduled reservation time. If you’re running late call us!

 

Pick Up

When you arrive, there is a short checkout process and then you are ready to ride!

We have glasses and helmets of all sizes at no extra charge if you need them.

We have additional parking if you would like to leave your vehicle while out on your rental.

 

Return

If for any reason you will not be able to return on time then please call and let us know. 

 

If you need to return the slingshot in the evening versus the next morning, we are open for Returns until 10:00 pm - 7 days a week

 

 

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations due to obvious rain outs will be refunded 100%.

Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to rental time will lose their $100 deposit.

Cancellations without notice or a "no show" for an appointment time will lose their $100 deposit.

If you need to cancel, or request a change to appointment, please call or email in a timely manner.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation for violations to our policies.

We reserve the right, solely at our discretion, to reschedule and/or cancel your reservation in the event of inclement weather.
